• Arc — a case-intelligence workspace for ingesting, organizing, and analyzing case files
• Additional tools and features as they become available

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ChargeStack maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChargeStack.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
